MakCiak came from a family of cooks¸ between Aprizal and his nephew Iwan who shared the same passion for cooking. It is interesting to note that MakCiak started with care and outmost authenticity. MakCiak is inspired by the Minangkabau generosity and the wonderful hospitality of their homes and is determined to serve the rich and intense flavor of dishes that appeal to the eye and the palate.
